Shaolin Temple Kungfu Zen Academy is an official cultural center of Songshan Shaolin Temple (495AD) of China. We aim to share our traditional culture, Chan mediatation (Zen), Kungfu, Medicine and Art with the world to benefit mankind.
Shaolin has enjoyed 1500+ years of continuous cultivation and refinement. As a 34th generation disciplle, I am here to preserve and spread our culture.
